If you have already identified your own special lot, we will help you identify poor soil conditions, mandated systems or set-backs, and water or sewer issues that could impact the build process. You can also depend on us to research local zoning ordinances such as set-backs, height restrictions, buildable footprints, and drainage stipulations before building starts.
Lastly, we will expertly manage obtaining permits for demolition, if needed, building, soil erosion and storm water management, septic systems, and any other relevant permits required for the build project.
So, how much will your dream home cost? We carefully combine your lists of wants and needs with our material and finish choices to estimate your costs, which we outline in a working proposal. You’ll be invited to review this plan and make any necessary changes before all of the details are finalized.
