With over 20 years of real estate experience, Liza partners with the builder to assist in the design process, coordinate building activities, facilitate development activities, and interface with sales staff. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Liza was an executive within the local health care systems. Liza’s undergraduate degree is from Gustavus Adolphus College in Health and Nutrition. She went on to complete masters programs at the University of St Thomas in Adult Training and Education as well as Business Administration.
Paul is originally from Minot, ND with degrees in both economics and computer studies from Northwestern University. Paul had a successful career in the tech industry first as a partner at Andersen Consulting (aka Accenture), and as CEO of Seisint, a data information company, sold to Lexis Nexis while under his leadership. Paul founded Chamberlain Fine Custom Homes with the goal of actively working and investing in the design and building of luxury homes. Paul’s non-construction background and his proven attention to detail is something only a seasoned techie could provide. He is collaborative in his approach to each project, successfully creates a unique design, and personally provides the project management oversight for all of his build projects. The collaboration between Paul, his team, and the client not only proves to be highly productive, but also extremely rewarding.
